Individual Membership: $500/YEAR ($660 w/o plan)
Bi-Annual Exams, Necessary X-rays and Cleanings (2 per/year)
1 Emergency Exam or a Comprehensive New Patient Exam
Up to 10% off the cost of ANY needed treatment

The Premium Plus Plan

We also have a plan specifically for those with gum (periodontal) concerns with more extensive periodontal maintenance.

Perio Maintenance Membership: $645/YEAR ($820 w/o plan)
Bi-Annual Exams, Necessary X-rays and Perio Maintenance Cleanings (3 per/year)
1 Emergency Exam or a Comprehensive New Patient Exam
Up to 10% off the cost of ANY needed treatment
