Ivory Dental Aesthetics in Walnut Creek, CA

What We’re Doing

Ivory Dental Aesthetics is dedicated to keeping up with proper practice protocols in order to keep our Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and Lafayette patients and their families healthy and well cared for.

Though we have always made a point of keeping up with cleanliness standards, having a clean dental office has become even more important during these difficult times.

Our caring staff thoroughly sterilizes all of the dental instruments between appointments to minimize risk and ensure that patients are being treated in a safe environment. Personal protective equipment also called PPE, and COVID-19 screenings provide an extra layer of protection for our staff and our patients.

How It Impacts You

Though we have tried our best to keep the patient impact to a minimum, Ivory Dental Aesthetics has had to make some adjustments to how we operate to accommodate new safety protocols.

Patients may need to wait outside before their appointment starts in order to cut down on the number of people who are in the building at one time. Wait times between appointments may also be longer to account for the additional time it takes to sterilize the equipment in the treatment rooms.

Specific office hours may also be dedicated to patients who are at higher risk for illness to limit their exposure.

The Latest Equipment

We use the latest, most advanced technology to keep our patients safe. An example of this is our Hydrim Steri-Center. While all dental practices have some sort of autoclave and standard sterilization units, ours allows the rinsing, cleaning, and drying of up to 2500 instruments per day. This hands-free method of sterilization is also linked to a web portal to ensure the data tracking of every single instrument in our office and it’s sterility status.
